Romans

Our church has started a "school of ministry." (kind of like a Bible college) Chris & I just finished the class on Romans on Tuesday. We learned a lot from the class & really enjoyed it. I think the best part was one of the books our pastor assigned: The Normal Christian Life by Watchman Nee. It was truly a life changing book. I think I'll have to start a new book list for grown-up books. when I do, that one will be one of the first ones I add.

Anyway...I'm sad the class is over. I really enjoyed getting out of the house once a week, & doing something that was mentally stimulating. On the other hand, I'm excited that it's over, because now I have time to read all the other books on my list. :)

Oh thanks, I was just curious because it sounds like you're getting great teaching!

We're at Calvary Chapel. It's a great place to be for us right now -- a church full of the love, joy, and grace of God! We're new (re-new actually) to the area and felt the Lord leading us here after a 4-month search at 3 churches.
