What to do?

this saturday is Chloe's birthday. After months of discussing what she should do to celebrate, she decided she wanted to invite all her friends over for a birthday party & have a bouncer in the back yard. Now, the weather people say it's going to rain. AK! we have about 15 kids coming, which is a bit much to keep indoors. so we don't know what to do! we 've thought about chuck e cheese. That's a ways away, though, so some people probably wouldn't make it... that would also cost us quite a bit for all those kids... any suggestions?

Hum, that's a lot of kids...

Is there a way to get a large "easy up" or cover up somehow? Maybe warn parents to put their kids in old clothes and they can all just play in the rain and mud (as long as it's not lightning or storming that is)? I don't know.

Cancel? Put a movie on? Make it really short - just open presents, eat cake and kick them out? Ice skating? Roller skating? Bowling?

I can't stand birthday parties in the winter (we have 3 - 2/14, 3/1 and 3/18). Indoors with a bunch of kids? Yuck! If there are mostly girls, you can probably give them an easy craft to do.

Tell us what you figure out!

Our Church has a gym. We call and say can we use this gym at this time? We bring music, pizza and pull out all the balls. They generally do whatever they want for like an hour or so.
Hope that helps!
