Happy Birthday Chris!

Today is my wonderful husband's 33rd birthday. Chris is an awesome guy with a tender heart and a passion for God. He's a hard working, fun-loving, adventurous hunk of a man who loves his family. I am so thankful to God for giving me such a wonderful husband.

Our Adoption Timeline

5/27/09 - Decision to adopt. Begin research re: cost and adoption options.

6/09 - chose Korea, and found an agency

7/24/09 - fly to Arizona to attend adoption classes through DSW. Receive application, and begin filling it out.

8/6/09 - Homestudy orientation

8/26/09 - first homestudy class

9/2/09 - 2nd homestudy class

9/16/09 - first home study interview. First large chunk of money paid. Receive 2nd application for the homestudy agency.

1/18/10 - applications and endless paperwork completed and mailed to adoption and homestudy agencies.
